Can't touch this!

I refuse to give up on my journey; on myself. Despite what obstacles I run into I am determined to stay committed to making myself and my health a priority. So far, that has included the pains of plantar fasciitis. If any of you have ever had it or knows someone that has it, then you knoooww what I'm talkin about! For me, it started off with a little bit of pain walking around barefoot. & I'm always one that if it doesn't seem that serious then I'll just wait it out and wait for whatever the issue is to sort itself out. Buuuuut it didn't sort it self out this time. It actually got worse. So I went and did research on what could help; and obviously went to Amazon for all the reviews left on different products in order to find THE BEST. I ordered some compression foot sleeves. That was the first thing I tried that helped!

Here they are if you would like to check them out! Click the photo/link below if you're interested in ordering!

I also wanted some sort of shoe that would help while walking around; because I obviously can't just walk around all day in just those sleeves. So I found these:

These have been life saving. I walk around the house and everywhere in these. I'll be honest, at first they felt really awkward and uncomfortable because they have an arch support built in. They took a bit of getting used to for me. When I'm getting up in the middle of the night, though, and my foot hates me for stepping/walking I slip these on and boom relief!

At a recent doctor appointment I was also told to try freezing a water bottle and rolling my foot on that. Haven't tried it yet. Do any of you have any suggestion or tried anything that has worked for you?

Quote I want to leave you with::: If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, IF YOU CAN"T WALK THEN CRAWL, BUT WHATEVER YOU DO YOU HAVE TO KEEP MOVING! --Martin Luther King

I will crawl to my goals if I have to.
