Okay, so I'm not gonna lie. I have been down this road before. Trying these workouts and starting out with boundless motivation. When I first started in 2017, though, I was basically on my own. Does anyone else have family that isn't the most supportive in changes that you're making in your life?! Or is that just me. Don't get me wrong, they're not like constantly putting me down, it's just not the uplifting pep-talks or hype that you see in so many health/fitness pages.       I restarted my health & fitness journey this year a little after getting weighed at a doctor visit.     Alright, so I wanted to start off by apologizing for this long post/rant, but I wanted to share some REAL TALK here! I won’t even lie try to lie, I had been putting myself on the back burner. I completely stopped focusing on my health & fitness. I picked up all those bad habits that I had dropped. I went right back into the yoyo dieting routine. Only this time, I went up to the heaviest I've ever been. I'm pretty sure so many of you have gone or are going through that yoyo dieting journey. That rollercoaster ride where you stick to your goals for a while & see such awesome results and then hit a bump in the road and fall right back into eating ALL the junk and/or skipping ALL the workouts. Honestly, the reasoning for the fluctuation is different for everyone. This time, for me, it started with family health issues; then it was my own health issues.
