YOYO (You're On You're Own)

    Alright, so I wanted to start off by apologizing for this long post/rant, but I wanted to share some REAL TALK here!

I won’t even lie try to lie, I had been putting myself on the back burner. I completely stopped focusing on my health & fitness. I picked up all those bad habits that I had dropped. I went right back into the yoyo dieting routine. Only this time, I went up to the heaviest I've ever been. I'm pretty sure so many of you have gone or are going through that yoyo dieting journey. That rollercoaster ride where you stick to your goals for a while & see such awesome results and then hit a bump in the road and fall right back into eating ALL the junk and/or skipping ALL the workouts. Honestly, the reasoning for the fluctuation is different for everyone. This time, for me, it started with family health issues; then it was my own health issues. However, when my mom recovered from her stroke and my back issues healed it really just came down to me just giving up on myself. I mean...there was no other excuses I could hide behind. I just quit. BUT, I'm back now though! I am diving right back in. Relying not only on myself but a group of strong women all dedicated to making these positive changes in their lives and ready to motivate & be motivated!
